In fact, we do not recommend a series LLC in most situations as there is not any sufficient case law to prove the isolation of cells will hold, and in most states there is no cost difference between a series LLC with 2 cells and 2 separate LLC entities.There are many exit strategies.

For separate units here in the Seattle market I would do z channel or bi metal sound isolators fill the cavities with fiberglass insulation and use 5/8" sheet rock.

I'm lucky enough to have isolated pockets in town that are carbon copies of each other with no real differences other than the garbage day.I used 1 & 2 to comp my house because I had no choice.

If someone is being charged at the top of this range (10%), then to add on all the ticky-tack other fees (10% lease renewal fee, 7% upcharge on repairs fee, 25%finder fee) seems both too high and sets up a misalignment of incentives.I don't think the 25% finder fee in isolation is too high.

Even though you have all this population living right there.. being totally naïve when I first spent time there I asked one time.. how can the stores all be closed. the answer was they can't stay open because of loss's so they just close up.thereby isolating the community even more.

A couple of other parcels I saw go were the space in a cloverleaf interchange and some dedicated green space that a developer managed to isolate to a dedicated parcel.
