I know of one more I think in Frisco. but not many....something like 15 in Denton and Collin County.There's a few for sale in Grayson and several new construction available in Greenville right now (Hunt) County.

Some examples of these techniques include sending out targeted mailers or running internet advertisements.

If you just send the standard "will buy your house for cash" postcards, or do generic bandit signs, or canned PPC internet leads, you will waste all of your time on crap "leads" that aren't real.
