Can you believe how much time and information Tax, 1031 exchange, accounting, and financial experts give away here?

Thanks Ashley, there’s a lot of information on this site and trying to absorb it all.

I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

That said I like to be able to run year end reports with an estimation of tax liability so I can provide financial statement information to investors/etc.
