Hi Alex, I'm a native of Los Angeles (though I lived back east in NYC for many years).

But I am also a native to the city and know the others very well.

The name actually originates with the Native American tribe called the Noname tribe (pronounced NoNAHme), which means "land of the gullible".The streets in Colorado are interesting to me because they're laid out a lot more intentionally than in other parts of the country that were developed earlier.

Although I am a Maine native, I bought my first couple buildings there while living out of state (California).

I've seen several side-by-side examples of houses in Oklahoma City compared to my native Arkansas and I was initially surprised to find that weather factors that make OKC a "higher risk" weather market drive up insurance costs compared to other similar "lower risk" weather markets.
