I have about 30  SFR along with currently building some new duplex's across from Rock Cut State park / new Woodward Governor site.

As one of my fine state's imprisoned governor's famously said, "I've got this thing and its F*** golden and I'm not just giving it up for F*** nothing"When I sell it I would like to offer assuming the mortgage to buyers as it seems like a win-win.

This came out of the special session called by the Governor which was pretty much  a weekend binge of reallly bad legislation designed to go against the will of the people who weeks before said no by a 3-1 margin 

Across the street from the hospital they are expanding and building more condos in Governors Crossing. 

I don't see an end in sight, especially with the governor dropping state income taxes over the next few years.  

Curious - with everything that is going on in NY, and the anti-landlord sentiment held by the state, governor, legislature, and residents - do you feel it is worth the risk to buy and hold?

Here, in California, the rebates and incentives for energy upgrades changes yearly depending upon Utility programs being implemented (usually every 3-5 years), who's Governor, and what the political climate is.
