It may be too late.yup stop payment.. also for future reference if you cant pay cash for these kind of educational events don't do it.how are you going to do business if you have to charge this to even get started.. this is the very thing that really bugs me about the real estate education sector in the US>. talking people to go into credit card debt when they know full well only 10% or less of folks that try this or any kind of wholesaling / flipping/ notes / lending etc will do anything .. and especially if you have no capital.

If a wholesaler can still profit while provided “full disclosure” and adhering to the rules and regulations of real estate licensees then they’ve earned their profit.   

To be honest, I have been really happy with the person who has been helping me, but there's an issue with capacity because she is a full-time employee somewhere else and I believe a single mom. 

If you found somebody willing to lend the full 100% in exchange for 50% even though you have no experience then you've got yourself a unicorn.

This is a common mistake so many people make is not having enough dishware and flatware to accommodate a full load of people.

You can try and fight it but does not mean you will be successfulI would also be curious to see what your property insurance looks likeFor me this is just another example that home prices are gonna eventually have to soften as between taxes, insurance and Interest rates home affordability is very challenging

My sacrifice… no haircuts and no fast food. 1 job full time, 1 full time side hustle. 0 debt at the time other than student loans.

With 4 rentable rooms (including the basement), I expect to generate $3,600/month with full occupancy.

@Brandon Dixon starting out by passively investing in apartment syndications is a great approach, especially if you have a full-time job.
