It helps me get a visualization for the competition, and you can export some data to CSV to make some lists of existing operators to go skiptrace.  

I prefer Buildium because it is easy for our tax software customers to export .csv or use Open API to automatically pull in income and expense to do tax planning and tax filing across their portfolio 

Weird though because a lower dollar would dramatically help out export sales, so it never made much sense to that trump would want a strong dollar.

Are we able to export all the properties we put in in the Rental Property Calculator as a .csv file? 

You can pull recent sales data, export it into several different formats, there are some report functions and market data functions that are also amazing! 

We exported a lot of historical stuff to CSV and PDF that would take to much time to manually input and saved in Dropbox, so we could all access when needed.

If you run everything through that then at the end of the year you can export and organize a P&L on excel.

So why not just export PNL reports from each account and copy paste the  totals column into a combined spreadsheet?  

I am an analyst by trade, so I really enjoy looking at the data in mass amounts, exporting to excel and pivoting the data in many different ways.
