The City has gone down hill quickly.  

Bill Gulleyhe missed some payments because of a business that was going down hill but now that is all finished. during that time i guess it ruined his wifes credit and now she wants off. she already signed a quitclaim deed but she is still on mortgage. apparently if he doesnt figure a way to get her off title in two weeks he is going to jail for a few months

Then in 2006 everything started to really go down hill, because anyone who could breathe, whether good credit or bad, were offered the chance to purchase a home.  

We agreed to these things, my wife made out a contract and we put down $1500 for the lease-option and paid $250 over our rent as part of the agreement.Then everything started to go downhill...We stayed in the house for 1.3 years...moving out this weekend and the following happened in that time...

Well, down town is only 5 minutes from the property and there is a branch within a mile of the property anyways.Then it goes downhill a little:He tells me his lawn mower is broke and wants to know if I am going to mow his yard jnow or get him a new lawn mower.

The house 4 houses down was bulldozed. 90% of the houses in the 7 blocks south of me are gone.The neighborhood has gone down hill the past 5+ years with a lot more rental properties and lack of pride of ownership.
