EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

@Dhruv Patel I believe you are getting ahead of yourself....Where in the US are you all-in (land acquisition, soft costs, hard construction) on new construction multi-family for $100/ft.

I am ready for all things real estate but starting out I am doing one thing.

It's fine if you don't ever need to cancel, or have any damaged items to return but as soon as you do, their customer service feels nonexistent. 

Are you agent yourself and what makes you say that you'll avoid buying a home under 1000 sqaure feet again? 

At some point you may need to consider the following:- The website that's monetized based on clicks and advertising and page impressions says this is a super easy thing and everyone should do it.

It is basically like a wiki page for our company.

So, you are not at limiting your self when buying a new property.

Those are the 2 avenues of research you need to do as your due diligence. 

How long would it take you to do that manually?
