There are too many possibilities for disruptions.  

The trend of a distributed workforce would in theory disrupt the need for physical proximity to work (I've worked from home for 14 years) .

The rub comes in when they find that the deal goes south and then they play catch up at the last minute, it disrupts administration, can cause additional fees to have services performed "under the gun" rush orders and additional accountings.

Working class tenants do not have the financial wherewithal to withstand life's disruptive events to the same degree that middle class folks can.

With all the program traders and day traders disrupting the market, the Warren Buffet investment strategy (investing in the company itself) is safe. 

That you would like avoiding the inconvenience of bringing him to court and reporting him to"consumer protection" as all you want is the job to be completed as you can't continue to live under such disruptive conditions.  

The management company has been handicapped by supply chain and travel disruptions, which primarily prevented European students from fulfilling their summer lifeguard and hospitality jobs, but vacation demand has been on pace to meet or exceed prior year levels (per the management company). 

These people have a kid or kids that have friends in the neighborhood they go to school with, a lot of STUFF scattered throughout the house, and lives they can’t disrupt to move everything. 

This is a C/D neighborhood because from the property I can view a trailer park, the house across the street is in disrepair with disruptive tenants, but the neighborhood is also fairly quiet with lots of big trees.
