Currently I am looking to buy and hold for the long-term with the goal of being free and clear by the time I retire ~20 yrs. 

A different industry thought leader will present and allow a time for Q&A.The goal is to raise awareness of and encourage this strategy as well as network with likeminded investors and entrepreneurs.  

It all comes down to you researching and aligning with the area that you feel will fit your investment goals best. 

Whether or not to set up an LLC for each property really depends on your goals and how much liability protection you want.

It won't take long for you to zero in on what’s most important to you and aligns with your goals.

Just curious... what’s your ultimate goal for that office space..are you looking to boost resale value, or is it more about having a functional retreat above the garage?

We've never actually had a tenant use it after reading the addendum (which was our goal), and I think it helps prevent problems when they understand the myriad issues involved in its use.
