new to the community here.I'm 22 and extremely interested in becoming an investor.Currently, I'm making somewhat good money working in the casino industry as a dealer, but I know I don't want to be working for someone else my entire life.

Cyber attacks are on the rise and hackers are becoming smarter every day. 

I've been thinking about investing in, and around, the area where a new casino is being built in Sullivan County, New York.

It bears mentioning that the money is already on the books to be injected in the greater Augusta area for the next 5-7 years, given all the Cyber driven growth, so I'd question whether or not a recession would really 'hurt' as much here as other regions.  

I hear it is because of the expansion of the military base and that they are trying to make it the Cyber control of the east coast.  

Tons of diversity in the market, multiple theme parks, zoos, water activities, golf, and casinos + 320 days of sunshine on average makes for the kind of market that we like.We don't presently manage hotels (have in the past), but we reopened our property management division this year - we sold it in 2015 and went to California, but came back to Spain in 2016 and found that the buyer had gone under 6 months later- and now manage a collection of vacation rental properties in Andalucia.

There is nothing in this deal to make it an attractive proposition until you have Buyer ready to pay you MONEY for the assignment of contract or a tenant buyer with good credentials.You pays your money and takes your chances - especially at Donald Trump's Casinos!

I feel like I'm reading about folks who hold seminars on how to beat the casinos.

Casinos, high end luxury goods, high end travel companies, high end car companies, you get the point.  

Nothing ever matches up to that first swing.heh just kidding Congrats LOL - or the first time casino gambler who walks out with $3k and chases that high again right into GA!
