The only adjustment we are making is waiving late fees for tenants who have always been on time with their payments and are in a crash crunch.   

You could also do a LOC instead of keeping that cash sitting allowing you to pull on when you need it, but there have been times in economic downturns where banks have pulled those LOCs which could put you into a cash crunch.  

@Frank Wong Hey Frank- not all companies lining up for a bailout are in a cash crunch.

We’d thought I’d be interesting to crunch some numbers to see how far behind tenant are.

@Timothy Lantry I own something like a Honda Civic an integra very good on gas reliable also very , I drive it everywhere just that I want a new car and I think it’s time but I will drive this integra till it falls apart , I am looking for duplex but I have to crunch up some numbers to see if it’s a good deal I’m not.

Soon, soon, hopefully.We don't have any amazing deals but we crunch numbers and make offers based on that.

These are weird times, @Kevin Auyong, so if a bank was to dump it quick for cash, I guess I could see this happening as they're in a credit crunch. 

I have heard about how I would need to bring value to them obviously and I feel that I could by finding deals or crunching some numbers for them.
