Like anywhere in Wyoming, it was initially difficult to find real estate investing networks when I moved here to Cheyenne, but after spending the past few days cruising the BP forums, I've realized there are far more of us than originally advertised.

If you pursue this option you should have a forester do a timber cruise to assess the total value of the standing timber and how much you could reasonably expect out of a harvest.  

I also own a custom cake business with my wife, another small business that has contracts with multiple cruise ship lines and a full time career in the music industry, dealing with royalties on album sales from our record label and multiple tours throughout the year.

The money comes in more steadily from the cruise ships which dock there.

You could also offer packages that include activities like river cruises, farm tours, and other local attractions.3.

This will allow us to phase back into "normal" life earlier than some other areas that have seen a higher impact, like New York and California, or destinations that see lots of crowding like major theme parks (Disney, Universal) and cruise ships- We are very accessible and affordable for a majority of the population, and may even see an increase in traffic as people who would ordinarily travel to areas now considered higher-risk (overseas, any fly-to destination, aforementioned theme parks and cruise liners) are looking for alternative, safer destinations- There's a wide variety of activities in the area that are outdoors and/or compatible with social distancing; the national park is the biggest, but there's horseback riding, zip lines, ATV/UTVs, river rafting/kayaking, fishing, the list goes on and on.I have every confidence we'll see a strong recovery and one that occurs earlier than most.
