@Chris Piper i know this sounds cool.. but its totally illegal for an agent to give out their MLS code.There is much private information on these systems.. and who is to know if your not a criminal of some sorts and use this information to case homes and or other bad stuff.Not saying you of course but you get my drift..

I would definitely not allow a report from a tenant since you need both criminal and credit and housing history verified.

This particular rental, though, has been vacant for a little over two months...the longest we've ever had a vacany, but it's a unit above our house, and we've already turned a few people away because of criminal history or whatever reason.
