Hey everyone, I'm just curious to know what you think the best real estate investment in Las Vegas is and why?

Lots of that around Las Colinas in Irving, North Dallas, Carrollton.   

I just sold my 24 homes in Las Vegas because of the problems with HOA's and some were $150 per month, or $1800 per year.

What I do with extra cash....... well like Elvis says, Viva Las Vegas!
