Then do what you promise and thank the tenant for his/her cooperation with maybe a pizza delivery on you or some other tangible gift.

I have tenants leaving at the end of March,they are not being very cooperative with me showing the property.  

that was Oregon.. not sure how cooperative GA folks will be .. or if this is federal. 

@lyle cooper @Lyle Cooper I'm not sure but I think anticipated loss. 

However, with a few exceptions, in my nearly 25 years of being a landlord, I have found that communicating and cooperating with tenants to resolve conflicts generates much more fruitful results for all. 

I have a few contacts in the co-living space area, people who run cooperative living houses, and they have said the city of Denver essentially doesn't enforce any of this actively.

If you can't get cooperation with your current trade you will have to replace them and be more diligent with the new one.
