I am going to ask tenants to clean out their AC condensers this spring.

I could have easily condensed that preparation to 6 months then ripped off the bandaid to do my first deal.So my recommendation is to definitely get prepared. 

But his recommendation that it needed a new 10ton condenser was completely wrong.

Also my caged in AC condenser has just been stolen SMH!
