At the closing the Lawyer which I thought was representing me seemed to be good buddies with the seller agent.

A buddy of mine that is a real estate investor from Ohio is down tending to properties and can't wait to get back north to get away from the heat.

And as far as I'm concerned, there's not much room for me to get a modest bird dog fee or even offer my rehabber buddies a reasonable deal.
