Let's dress up our definitions a bit so that newbies don't get sidetracked so much:There are no nonrefundable deposits with an Option, the is an Option Price that is paid for the Option Contract, consideration for the right to purchase at a set price over a period of time.

The biggest part of your kit - no matter who it is - is you.How you talk - how you listen - how you look/dress - how your voice mail sounds - how you type your emails (grammar / spelling etc) - are you above their heads - are you explaining things at their level and making them feel good or like children?
