I've been working in the pharmaceutical industry in Orlando for the past several years, but have reached a point where I'm ready for a change of pace and I've always been interested in the Real Estate Industry since I was in school.

What is more important is that I have the ability to refinance quickly if that is what the market tells me I must do to make the property productive at a faster pace. 

and yes this is my first real home I already own my pace up here but it's a mobile home 

Overall, his company seems to be growing and a pretty solid pace.

We are moving for the obvious reasons: cost of living, slower pace of life and better school systems for our daughters.
