We have late fees, pet fees (though less these days with the whole service animal abuse), parking fees in some cases, storage unit feeds, coin laundry revenue etc... it can add up.Good luck.

And they wouldn't do it for us as owner occupants because our revenue comes from selling houses (hell - we're a general contractor - thats how we make our money) which was strange but its their rules.

We want to highest amount of revenue (rents and property value - for appreciation and de-leveraging), with the least amount of tenants.Also with SF lawn and snow are done by the tenant.
