I find that some sites have better calendars than others.

Add 100 chargers to a 300 unit property and I bet there's no way the transformers and electrical infrastructure at the property can handle that. 

Development projects can vary from a 1-lot Single Family home to 20-acre subdivision, to a 4-acre commercial site, etc. 

Hey @Marc Shin, I agree with those that have said to scour the sites for quality USA made furniture.We have a mix of Basset and La-Z-Boy furniture and it still looks great after 7 years.

Hey @Isadore Nelson - I'd bet my life savings on the fact that there's multiple reasons why other investors haven't scooped this up yet. 

You'll quickly see why AI is not the solution here... not only will it give you a random number from a site that posted it, but it will hallucinate and draw quirky assumptions into the mix like oh based on this % appreciation and applying it forward/backward, etc.
