Consider adding some family-friendly amenities...4 square, Giant Jenga, a sturdy poolside basketball hoop etc.

I hate to plug a biz-ness-ie book, but Tim Ferris' "Four Hour Workweek" is a good taste.Most of the "hire it out to a PM" crowd, I'm afraid, is working off landlord legend and gossip, not real experience.

Basketball, fishing, and bowling are all sports but getting good at basketball probably doesn't help you with the others.Once you narrow that down you may find that the best information is something you will have to pay for. 

I do not have any income at the moment being that basketball is essentially paying for my schooling but I do work over the summer. 

I use our guest studio as an AirBnb, I picked up a 2nd job waiting tables, I coach a HS Varsity basketball team which pays a little extra during the season, I teach kids in my town how to shoot a basketball properly, and I'm starting to get into FB Marketplace resale.  

I played on the basketball team here in Mankato for 5 years and learned a lot.

Both my sons wrestled and went to state, and both gave up their successful basketball careers to do it as they wanted an individual challenge.

I picked up a 2nd job on the weekends and I started training kids on the side for basketball. 

Michael Jordan was the GOAT because all he did was play basketball 24/7... oh wait... he did try playing baseball.. and we all know how that ended!
