A 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor with heat system and running water lines starts in the basement.

We have a king bedroom with a garden view reserved from October 5th to 9th.

The second year, they all of a sudden at renewal sent a notice that I'd be required to have carbon monoxide detectors in each bedroom.
