Customer service is great except from the airlines.

It's a bit like asking how can I fly a 777 airliner if I had a pilots' license?

You can and should find, repair, bill for, and evict over damages that are not paid promptly.Good news is airlines are starting to press for more stringent regulations to curb abuse of ESAs and other questionable service animals.

If you look at job and population growth as well as diversity of industries, infrastructure w/DFW airport (2 major airlines HQ'd there) and freeway access to major east / west and north / south freeways reaching parts of the U.S., companies are moving in at a greater clip from a positioning / leveraging standpoint.  

Tenants are abusing the system just like airline passengers are doing with taking pets on planes. 

Look for big employers like Amazon , Wal Mart, major airline hubs, federal and state agencies, and military bases.
