I would study the different real estate investing techniques that you could comfortably afford to get into and find the one that interests you the most and go for it.

However, when you look at the Affordable Housing website, only 4 out of 32 available properties that accepts voucher are listed by $1,550 or more.Is that maybe a red flag that there's no demand for Section 8 in Cleveland?

Unless you have a specific need for a trust, many DSCR borrowers just create one or multiple LLCs for the loans (this has gotten to a point where it is very easy and affordable to create LLCs, especially in TX)BP-Published DSCR Guide!
