Networking with local landowners and attending real estate meet-ups or county auctions sometimes, folks prefer a direct sale to an investor over listing with an agent.

I live in Fairfield County and am looking to invest in a property for house hacking somewhere in New Haven County.

Then right before closing, they ran the county records and said they can’t do a HELOC on a home I don’t personally own, and I would need to do a quit claim deed and put it back in my name to get the loan approved and then can do another quit claim deed to put it back under the LLC that it’s currently operating under. 

This data is for Allegheny County only and is tracked on a weekly basis.

Will require 20-25% down and can break even after expenses (management, PITI, maintenance)NE Philly, bucks county, Montgomery county have solid mulit families that work the best as LTR from what I am seeing.

He was able to correct the county on one part of the law when they originally questioned the dates.

Having lived in a farmhouse in Armstrong County, PA that was built in 1846, I have definitely experienced some form of paranormal activity.

I know I want to start small/slow with one project (either a rehab/flip or a buy/hold long-term rental) and invest only in areas that I know or live (Los Angeles, Orange County, CA) at least in the beginning.

I am holding all of my SFH here in Arlington, Alexandria and FFX county long-term.
