I played on the basketball team here in Mankato for 5 years and learned a lot.

@Nathan G. yeah, this is tough for the owners even with 1-2 rentals due to those people most likely working full time jobs now needing to juggle being at the house to get the inspections done (both the professional landlord and the weekend warrior landlord loses).The cities need to always figure out how to increase their income due to them not selling a product or service to people like a business does.

Both my sons wrestled and went to state, and both gave up their successful basketball careers to do it as they wanted an individual challenge.

I picked up a 2nd job on the weekends and I started training kids on the side for basketball. 

Michael Jordan was the GOAT because all he did was play basketball 24/7... oh wait... he did try playing baseball.. and we all know how that ended!   

I was thinking playground equipment, basketball goal, stocked pond.What are things that you overlooked during your development that I should be looking for?

I've never held a basketball, and don't know what a three point shot is, so what would you recommend?
