Rule number one of VR is not to rent to anyone that lives in the same state much less the same city lol. 

I am interested in getting into the STR/VR market and am looking at several properties right now as a potential investment.

I'm meeting more and more VR owners that have stopped supplying toiletries as they don't see any return on them (even though they don't cost much) and it's one less thing to hassle with.  

On one I got enough porn to start my own adult book store from one tenant.

In the VR market, this equates to condos. 

My locations have numerous VR's in them so it will likely not pass a vote for change.
