Just to clarify once more for the proscrasti-BP-nators :)Does it really end at the very first strike of early Friday the 24th?

Our first and only flip: we bought a foreclosure, closed on a Tuesday, on Friday a lady knocked on the door while we were painting (we put a FSBO sign in the yard day of closing), said her moving van is on the way from out of state, her house purchase fell through, she'll pay all cash and could we have it finished and closed by the next Friday?

I should have booked Friday's return into AUS instead of DFW.

Update:After weeks of maneuvering with a less-than-helpful seller's agent our attorney contacted the underwriter's counsel last Friday.

Nothing is music to ears of a seller like "all cash, no concessions, can you close this Friday?"

I"m tlking about calls on the same day and also rates magically going up from Friday to Saturday (which never happens).

Have you thought about accepting the $750, then asking her to just leave by Friday, in exchange for keeping the $350 and not being evicted?
