The helpers were there to help leveling the soil and compacting to desired elevation.

The area is still reeling from superstorm sandy and I think there is potential here on the jersey shore.

I have a potential seller that has a contract from Sandy relief on hold and is to be left for the person who purchases the house.

It is in Sandy Valley Nevada 35 miles southwest of Las Vegas.

With the land, I understand there are a lot of underlying issues to be aware of, such as zoning, wetlands, soil, etc. but with the loan assumptions I can’t seem to find a straight answer as to whether it’s illegal to NOT notify the lender of the assumption and just draw up the contract with the seller.

Unfortunately the way the soil is and the standing water issues the concrete is no match for the bayou!
