I've come across these Robin Hood-like loan officer's from being an investors agent in the business, but also from scouring the MLS and seeing 3-4Family homes in "high-cost" areas that closed with an FHA (not FHA 203k) loan-- then reaching out to see what gives?

Will be interesting to see the next 6 months as starting to see clients do some layoffs and belt tightening.

The ERTC has played a huge role in small to mid-sized businesses by helping them avoid layoffs.

I currently work in a call center that had to lay off their entire outbound division when the new laws were passed.

We laid off 200 people 4 weeks ago to prepare for this layoff and we have no idea what this new company will do with us yet.

There seemed to be some staff turnover and layoffs, but we had ample ways of reaching people to answering our questions.They use a sort of sub-leasing model, and we signed a 2-year contract with them that ends in June 2024.

After 6 months, the employees were all gone too, either by voluntary attrition or layoff.  

I sense a layoff coming at work and when it happens I want to jump into this headlong.I've read some stories with people starting out with less than what I have.
