Just some general observations on this.  

Hi Sean, Having observed a number of successful people I would suggest that you make two initial investments.

Your loan officer and agent are going to push you forward because they get a big commission if you go through with the deal.As an outside observer, I wouldn't do the deal based on the numbers you gave.

Exactly.....My personal opinion/observation is that the vacation rental craze is only in it's infancy.

a few observations: Evictions are not criminal.Criminal convictions can be deferred and not considered a conviction even though they did the crime.
