Originally, it was created for travel nurses and while their audience has grown, the 1/1 and 2/1 units have the most demand on FF.

They moved in put down $6k and now the property positive cashflows $650/mo.  There's

Traveling nurses and other medical professionals are in demand.

For example - Mother dies May 1st and house is in a trust, leaving home to son  who is living there. 

They highly recommend replacing the insulation, to “keep my mother safe in winter.”

I am looking into investing in properties dedicated to travel nurses. 

I am an ER nurse and have run into this conundrum with some of the Doc's I work with.

Such as you transfer the property into your wife’s name, you or your wife get sued for something unrelated to the property, a judgement is perfected as a result of a liability finding, and the creditor successfully forces the sale of your mother in laws house to satisfy the judgement.  

Another one suggeste was USAA my father was a veteran but abandon my mother when I was young child and I don't have proof that he served in the Army. 

She is a single mother with 2 kids and I have never met her in person.
