The main reason I got into real estate was because my friends went to Australia for a month and I chose to go to New Hampshire for the weekend instead.

In some parts of America and in all parts of New Zealand and Australia appreciation is basically guaranteed and ALL properties are negative cash flow but your values increase annually.
