I am definitely the one that tends to “need to know everything before I start,” so already, I can tell that this will be a rewarding challenge for personal growth, development of financial intelligence..and maybe test our marriage at times :) Any power couples out there?

That’s a lot of adjectives for someone who seems like a pretty normal husband, particularly after the otherworldly marriages of Melania Trump and Mother Pence.

This led to trends, such as putting off marriage, waiting to have children/having fewer children, and renting instead of buying.

Most importantly thank you to this forum to help me with advice including marriage. :).

I have made my wife buy and sell 4 houses in the first 5 years of marriage lol.

Treat this second route like a marriage as you can be sharing this building for many years together and you need to be aligned. 

My wife, only because I am already in marriage business with her anyway and no other business can be more complicated.

After 40 years of marriage, the only words you need to know are "yes dear".Initially, I signed on with KW in South Portland, Maine but quickly found myself literally ghosted when I desperately needed support - including buying my own home!

lenders are like dating, not marriage, try a few before finding the "one" but also consider not having a "the one" but many one's....terrible analogy to say, why in the heck would they not consider lending to someone with apparently a solid income and a paid for property that could now possibly provide further collateral?
