I went last week I just arrive to LA last night I went to see a lot of houses and I saw some good deals but they go fast an as a beginner I need some help like yours, I'm with an agent but I think she dont work with investor , I feel she works more with regular clients and is not really aggressive on the deals, I left an offer and if it doesn't work I'll reach you Tks

Could be as small as a dead battery in a smoke detector in the middle of the night (no guest wants to hear beeping while they are trying to sleep), guests can get rowdy and disturb neighbors, I have even had guests that insisted upon having someone meet them face to face when they arrive.

However, upon arrival she couldn't get inside.

My partner and I recently located here and absolutely love it.Would definitely love to connect and maybe share some lessons learned before you arrive in the area, I am doing my best to shorten the learning curve on this amazing market. 

I arrived at 12:45 on moveout day, and only half of the apartment was moved out. 

Once I arrive I'll be able to offer a lot more to them.

The next day after arriving in Cleveland,  went around in a rental car to scoop out the neighborhoods.

Figure on 6 months to finish the house, if everything goes right, the contractors show up when they are supposed to, the materials arrive when they are supposed to, the weather cooperates etc and you can count on probably a year long project.

So when the tech arrives, it's turnkey.

Personally I have been standing on the beach watching the waves for along time now and I am planning to swim out before 2019 arrives. 2/3 of the way through Long-Distance RE Investing and it is clear to me that it can be done.
