A shame although I did learn how it does go away, a most valuable lesson.There are many options, just be extrmely careful and stay away from the wrong girls.

First you refer to this property with the tenants as YOUR property many times but unless you are on the mortgage you are not responsible for the debt.So in reality what happens with this property affects your girl friend.
