Not sure if the unlocked phone will be somehow restricted from being used on markets other than France as a few in the UK would drive across to get one if they will work in the UK with a native UK service provider (vs. roaming on a French plan).Germany is the other country that is launching.

Lots of folks at home - Dems/Repubs - think that he should be campaigning at home for the presidency instead of trying to do so in another continent (and then pretending that the trip is just a fact finding mission).His speech in Germany proved that he is not there just to get information, but to get on the covers of newspapers and to share his "message" with a world audience.

I think expenses in the 40-50% region so you can calculate with $11,5K NOI monthly.Concerning electric heat, in Germany we use night storage heater, they expensive to buy but they have very low energy consumtion.
