I had a tenant that got arrested several times for DUI while living in my unit (I found this out later).

I am in the Philly, PA area.Can I have her arrested for trespassing on day 61 (the day after the 60 day notice expires)?

He mentioned that their have been some investors in Georgia that have/are being arrested for practicing Real Estate without a license.
