After all, what really does licensing entail?

They have dreams of making it big but seldom have a realistic vision for what that will entail.

This would entail a 30yr loan allocating all property CF (except for money going towards contingency fund) and $1k/mo to savings 2) Lower property CF and put all saved money into reducing remaining principle.

Oh ok...We owners overall are cheap but I imagine those of us that have done it on our own can appreciate what the job entails more than those who haven't done it before.  

Also, it helps to have a competent agent who thoroughly understands the FHA 203k loan and what it entails. 

What does that entail? 

We are not sure whether or not to invest in some turnkeys, or  do some remodeling to our house - which could entail the cost of us having to move out during construction. 

I’d be interested in discussing what that job entails.

This would entail a large amount of cash, depending on how much monthly income you need, to be placed in an account that pays you back every month over 3 years time.
