The problem was direction and at that time you could be a mechanic, plumber, electrician etc. or a secretary or a nurse.

If it was something bigger or crazier, THAT's when I would hire it out (plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.).

Now we were in the process of helping the owner of MH #7 and we found out from our electrician that the city is not going to provide us ANY MORE PERMITS because we are not in compliance.  

If you can get an electrician out there to check it out they should be able to give you a much better estimate and idea of the process.Best of luck!
