I've decided I have a hard-fast rule against felonies and recent arrests involving violence or drugs.

The population has been declining, and like the rest of New England the drug epidemic is present.

I already have an LLC from a previous consulting business, though it's currently "administratively resolved", a simple fix by filing the state fees.

How can a landlord get away with saying you have drug activity simply because you have a few friends who visit?

Some will charge a percentage each month but also a start-up fee, a leasing fee or lease renewal fee each year, administrative fees, maintenance fees, etc.

In fact I hear that if you're looking for almost any kind of drugs, that's the place to go!
