@Patricia Andriolo-Bull, not sure if they've iterated the system since you did yours, but now there's a button for downloading the filing transcript (a PDF containing all the info that you submitted). 

This growth seems a bit slow for me, and it might not be best for selling.

While I haven’t chosen a specific niche yet, I’m leaning toward purchasing a multi-unit apartment where my 20-year-old son could live and help manage while we rent out the other units—essentially a form of house-hacking.So far, I’ve connected with a few real estate agents and gained MLS access, which has been a great starting point.

That probably in most cases for me, will result in a delay between the time you call and the time we can prepare that document, get it to you to review and sign, and then schedule a showing. 

It has helped me over the years so much, and I wanted to get started contributing back to the platform that has done so much for me. 

Red flags for me include people who are overly optimistic without considering risks or those who don’t seem to have a clear plan for their contributions to the partnership.

It makes more sense for me to stay in southern fl monetarily but something in New Orleans would be fun if it made sense.

I won’t abandon the strategy yet, but I’m not convinced the coaching will provide value as Tardus is not selecting the investments for me and I’m still spending all my time with due diligence.
