Being about an hour from Disney, their reviews seem to paint a picture that there are many folks that stop through for a few nights on their way to theme parks or further south in the state.  

I am also in Florida and qualify for the homestead exemption, is that double dipping on the taxes or are they different since the homestead is property tax and the 1031 is capital gains tax?  

It was in fairly good condition, and I KNEW I could easily lease it out, or lease sections to various business, or sell it for double or triple what I paid. 3 years later, having not even received an offer to lease AT ANY PRICE, I sold it for $25,000 LESS than I had paid.

Make sure both properties have all the repairs and maintenance needed and no major cap ex is needed before you try to add one on double leverage.

She told a really good story, full of pictures, hospital bills, tearful pleas for protection.

I have plenty of pictures up but was nervous about putting the exact address and having people just show up on my doorstep when I’m not home.
