Ray Jansma , I was under the impression that you can get up to a 4plex using a FHA loan. 5 units or above is considered commercial so FHA won't cover that.

If you can't - reflect on if its really that good of a deal to begin with that you need to cut out someone who cost all of 2.5% or less of your transaction amount.Looking at the last 4 pages, it seems like more of the blind leading/hoo-raying the blind.
