Thank you cheap Chinese craftsmanship!

After watching that show "Jungle Gold", it looks like your country has issues with government, tribes, and Chinese workers.

This is the first time I'm hearing about more faltering in the economy, insane RE maneuvering like Chinese developers guaranteeing prices for future, years, and all kinds of unsustainable borrowing and behavior that will have to come to roost at one point or another.

The majority of over 1 billion dollars in invested were made mostly by Chinese insurance companies.

@David E Gardner Welcome.I think the fix is in, when you look at the former politicians and hacks that have received licenses.BUTYou could open a fast food franchise, check cashing office or Chinese take-out near by?

Part of that can and probably has a lot to do with Chinese money not flowing in as greatly. 

My investor base includes a significant number of Chinese (my wife is Chinese so that helps of course) that are living here in the U.S. but also a few who reside in China.  

These chinese shops that pop around every city is a good bet with pricing on quartz.

I buy my laminate from Costco ($1.5 per sq ft) and those Chinese flooring vendors 12mm ( $1 sq ft).
