There’s been a little more of this than usual the last 18 months as their vendor tries to sell an expensive spa,cement appliance as “all they can get soon” and I’ll have HD, Lowes, or RC Wiley install something they have on hand.Look at your agreement for the procedure and max repairs without prior authorization (TBH I never have.) ask them how much came out of the security deposit, an invoice from the vendor for all bills and work the problem from there.
