But many remote investors (in general) are naive and do not take the time to learn the market and set up the systems and teams they need to invest wisely and manage their investments well.

It's the only way I really enter the market, but I underwrite for these things financially & time wise.

I know this is an extreme example but the framework is there.I don't think making an investment decision based solely on predictions of the future is a wise decision.
